• Professionally greet and engage customers

• Identify indicators of internal and external theft
• Work with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager and store leaders to resolve incidents
• Accurately complete incident reports
• Maintain apprehension and investigation records according to Boot Barn's standards

Collaboration and Communication

• Communicate theft trends to nearby stores and districts
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report or investigate crimes
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork

High Stress Incidents

• Remain calm during high stress incidents
