About the role
Bryan Electric, Inc. is a family-oriented electrical contractor serving commercial customers since 2009. We specialize in commercial electrical construction and service, and our Service Division supports repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and small project installations across a wide range of commercial facilities. We are hiring an experienced Commercial Service Electrician to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to commercial electrical service calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform small electrical installations and service-related project work.
- Read and apply NEC requirements, OSHA standards, and company safety policies.
- Document work orders, time sheets, inspections, and job notes using a mobile tablet.
- Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and management.
- Requisition materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete work orders.
- Maintain company service vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage as required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills using test equipment.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
- Valid Georgia driver’s license and ability to safely operate a service vehicle.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Able to stay organized, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to pass MVR, background, and drug screening.
- Physically able to perform the duties of the position.
