Core Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they arrive on the Service Drive and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or department for further assistance.
  • Provide customers with basic information about our services and assist in scheduling appointments, if necessary.
  • Monitor customer wait times and communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a timely and efficient service experience.
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a neat and organized Service Drive area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Air tires and reset tire pressure monitors.

Desired Qualifications And Experience

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Friendly and approachable with a team-player attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays.
  • Must have a valid ARIZONA driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
