Porter - Service Drive

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and assist all customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Consistently utilize proper spiel, with spot checks performed
• Frequently assist with service write-ups
• Transport vehicles to designated areas in a safe manner, adhering to all company safety best practices
• Act as a concierge for customer inquiries, providing accurate information
• Keep the service drive clean, free of debris, and dry

Requirements and Qualifications

• General high school diploma or equivalent
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues
• Multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively
• Positive appearance
• Able to deliver a fantastic customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate vehicles
• 18 years of age or older
• Pass drug screening, background check, and MVR check
• Dealership experience is a plus
• This position requires a high level of physical activity
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
