**Service Drive Porter**

About the role

The Service Porter / Valet plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service drive at Grubbs Family of Dealerships. This position sets the tone for every guest's visit and is an excellent entry point into the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet every service customer warmly and immediately
• Park, stage, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Move vehicles smoothly between the service drive, shop, car wash, and lot
• Wash, vacuum, and prep every vehicle to a consistent, spotless standard
• Keep the service drive, lot, and customer areas clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist advisors and technicians by shuttling vehicles, parts, and loaners promptly when asked
• Protect every vehicle with seat covers, floor mats, and careful handling

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (a plus)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
