Part-Time Cashier / Service Drive Porter

The Cashier / Service Drive Porter ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining exceptional communication standards, solid product knowledge, and a sincere desire to delight every guest. The ideal candidate will have a passion for being a team player and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet guests warmly
  • Assist with directions throughout the dealership
  • Process parts and service transactions
  • Ensure vehicles are retrieved and delivered promptly
  • Accurately handle cash, check, and credit card payments while maintaining confidentiality and security of all payments, keys, and customer information
  • During peak service drive hours, support the flow of the service lane to help ensure guests are assisted in a timely and seamless manner
