Service Dispatcher

Contract/short‑term position (2‑3 months) with possible hire at the end of the assignment. Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, in‑office. Pay: $31‑$33 /hr.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Receive incoming customer calls reporting repair issues for commercial trash and waste compactors.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving service‑related issues.
• Communicate with a network of repair technicians and manage all communications between customer and technician until equipment is fixed.
• Document interactions in the CRM database.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of customer‑service phone experience.
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).
• Strong communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Self‑motivated and strong team player in a fast‑paced growth environment.
• Preferred: Previous dispatch experience.
• Preferred: Previous trash/waste industry experience.
• Preferred: Accounting software experience.
