Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities
- Monitor schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change
- Communicate proactively with customers and technicians
- Track job status, arrival times, and completions
- Resolve scheduling issues and service delays quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate job and customer information within dispatch software

Requirements
- 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience
- Experience using service management software, CRM systems, or scheduling tools preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
