Service Dispatcher

Duties And Responsibilities

• Review the assignment sheet for the day
• Communicate work routes for each of our drivers
• Monitor assignments to ensure they are completed on time
• Answer phone calls and handle customer requests
• Organize assignment files

Requirements And Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of dispatch experience, specifically in HVAC, Mechanical or Construction
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
