Responsibilities
- Coach service drive team on properly following the promise process both in the moment and through weekly one-on-one sessions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by maintaining an efficient shop that follows the promise process, creating exceptional videos, and ensuring the service drive team adheres to the process with every customer, every time.
- Achieve high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor new and experienced advisors and technicians on standard methodologies for improving performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up of all customers during and after their visit with the dealership.
- Maintain all factory training and ensure the service team is 100% certified by the 15th of each month.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of dealership service/assistant management experience, preferably with an import dealership.
- A successful history of building and training a service team.
- Strong CSI scores and above-average gross and net departmental profits.
- Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of both Service Advisors and Technicians through leadership, coaching, and training.
