Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals and initiatives
- Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate discussions on purpose and community
- Support the implementation of the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle across all departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with Native American communities preferred
- Understanding of and commitment to the Seneca Nation’s Seventh Generation Principle

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
