Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and support through various communication channels
- Implement and maintain WatchGuard security solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of security protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity or IT
- Experience with WatchGuard security products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of network architecture and security principles
Skills
- Technical proficiency with cybersecurity tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
