Service Desk Supervisor - Secret Clearance

What you will own

• Lead a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk representatives on swing shift—coaching, scheduling, escalation, and direct point of contact for the team.
• Maintain queue and SLA health: identify aging tickets, resolve stuck items, reduce repeat issues, and eliminate recurring problems.
• Serve as the escalation authority into systems, network, and infrastructure teams—deciding what warrants after-hours intervention.
• Drive quality and consistency across the shift: onboard new representatives, refine the knowledge base, and convert repeat incidents into permanent fixes.
• Stand up desk operations from day one alongside four peer supervisors, shaping processes and culture from the ground up.

What you need

• Active Secret clearance.
• Security+ and DoD 8570/8140 compliance.
• Familiarity with HDI or ITIL is desirable (not required).
• Experience leading a service desk, help desk, or technical support team—formally as a supervisor or informally as the senior go-to person.
• Willingness to work on-site at Quantico on swing shift.

Compensation: $65,000 – $98,000 per year (band set to recognize certification stack and leadership contributions; final placement determined before client interviews).
