About the role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the front line of support for our O365/Azure environment and the first point of contact for employees across LendingTree. This role is the front door to our Infrastructure & Operations organization—no prior cloud administration experience required, just strong troubleshooting instincts and a genuine desire to learn. High performers are developed into Senior Service Desk Analyst roles and, based on demonstrated interest and skill, given the opportunity to move into other technical tracks across the organization.
Responsibilities

- Function as a technical first point of contact for the ITOps org and the greater business on software, hardware, and general troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain internal technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.
- Maintain, develop, and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
- Assess the need for any system reconfigurations (minor or significant) based on request trends and make recommendations.
- Help develop and evolve processes to improve the effectiveness of internal systems and workflows through internal collaboration within the team.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, hardware procurement, and replacement.
- Work on a cross-functional team and, when applicable, shadow and learn from Cloud Admins, Cloud Engineers, DevOps engineers, etc.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Information Technology (help desk, campus IT, internship, or equivalent coursework/training welcome).
- Basic familiarity with O365 and a willingness to learn Azure/Entra administration on the job—we'll train you on our tools and environment.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (Windows 11, O365 apps, etc.).
- Demonstrated technical capability and aptitude in how you approach your work.
- Exceptional analytical ability, communication, documentation, and the ability to work effectively with employees.
- Willingness to learn new things, take on challenges, and not be afraid of making mistakes.
- Effective communication skills that suit a hybrid environment (active listening, asking questions, open to collaboration, managing up, etc.).
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree relating to Technology (not required).
- Experience in low-level scripting and automation with frameworks/languages such as PowerShell, Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, or Python.
- Experience procuring, configuring, and managing hardware in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment.
- Experience working with O365 Endpoint Manager and Security Center.
- Certifications for Windows, Azure (AZ-900), ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Security+, or anything applicable to the role—or willingness to pursue them within your first year.
