About the role

The Service Department Administrator will report directly to the Service Director, with additional responsibilities assigned to service and warranty managers. The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to work in a team-oriented environment, multi-task, and portray an authority role when needed to enforce the handling and processing of documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Form structure of document control programs to aid with open repair invoices (Repair Orders).
  • Process repair orders.
  • Process payroll.
  • Manage cashiering responsibilities.
  • File warranty claims.
  • Manage documents, internal billing, and other general administrative duties.
  • Maintain required certifications and qualifications as per Ford Motor Company and Maplecrest Ford Lincoln.
  • Abide by Maplecrest Company Expectations.
  • Attend service meetings and training sessions, including online and/or computer-based self-study courses.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated to fulfill tasks.
  • Ability to form structure of document control programs to aid with open repair invoices (Repair Orders).
  • Associate’s Degree.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to contribute.
  • Valid NJ state driver’s license.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.

Schedule

General hours of operation are 9 am - 5:00 pm. Overtime may be required at peak times, and candidates must be available to work on Saturdays, especially the last Saturday of the month, in order to close month-end.
