Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Review the Service Delivery Specialist workflow by helping the team track unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Maintain the Service Delivery Specialist workflow by documenting process issues that repeatedly slow execution.
- Track the Service Delivery Specialist workflow by keeping recurring work organized by owner and status.
