About the role
TToH are proud to celebrate over 40 years of service delivering Health and Social services to whānau and the communities we serve. After 10 years of significant growth across our organisation, this Service Deliver Manager role is pivotal to the delivery of our Mental Health and AOD services.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and accountability for driving organisational performance and improvement.
- Develop and manage high performing teams.
- Lead and support the implementation of organisational strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in senior operational management positions with proven ability to take ownership and accountability for driving organisational performance and improvement.
- Proven breadth of experience in leadership/operational management positions within the Health & Social Services sector.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and managing high performing teams.
- Strong understanding of Māori culture, values, and practices or a genuine willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels and in a variety of environments.
