Mental Health Clinic Manager

About the role

The Clinic Manager oversees the performance and operations of the clinic. They manage staff performance, hire and recruit staff, provide training and ongoing developmental support, and ensure the clinic meets its fiscal goals.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, Training, and Staff Management
• Oversee the hiring process for all therapists at their clinic
• Provide training for new hires, ensuring all required clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed
• Audit ongoing development and training needs and conduct ongoing training as needed
• Hold staff compassionately accountable to meeting performance expectations
• Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as needed
• Manage basic clinic Human Resource tasks
• Supervise and consult for staff
• Supervise clinic outreach and networking
• Supervise clinic operations
• Supervise clinic staff development

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
• Independently licensed with a Colorado-issued clinical practice license (IE: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedure
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams, as well as electronic health records
• Comfortable or able to quickly learn Mac computer operating systems

Range is $85,000 - $100,000
