Service Delivery & Client Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery & Client Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes personal ownership of results. This is not a passive scheduling position. Your priority is to ensure client service requirements are filled quickly and appropriately, healthcare workers are actively utilised, and clients receive responsive and professional service. You will actively work open shifts, communicate with clients and healthcare workers, solve staffing problems and identify opportunities to increase service hours. We are looking for someone who sees an unfilled shift and immediately thinks: "How am I going to fill this?"
Key Responsibilities

- Proactively contact available nurses and care workers to secure shift coverage.
- Match appropriately qualified workers with client requirements.
- Respond quickly to urgent and last-minute staffing needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their services and staffing requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and healthcare workers.
- Identify opportunities to increase service hours with existing clients.
- Follow up cancelled or unfilled shifts and work to recover service hours wherever possible.
- Maximise utilisation of available healthcare workers.
- Identify workforce shortages and communicate recruitment priorities to the Recruitment team.
- Work closely with Credentialling to progress suitable workers into active service.
- Resolve routine client and worker issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, availability and communication records within company systems.
- Contribute directly to client retention, service growth and revenue.

- Speed of response to urgent staffing requirements.
- Healthcare worker utilisation.
- Client responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Recovery of cancelled or at-risk service hours.
- Growth in service hours from existing clients.

About You
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly proactive and results driven.
- Commercially minded with a strong sense of urgency.
- Persistent and resourceful when solving staffing problems.
- Confident making outbound calls to clients and healthcare workers.
- An excellent communicator with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable taking personal ownership of targets and results.
- Able to prioritise effectively when multiple staffing requirements arise simultaneously.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
- Confident using scheduling, workforce management or CRM systems.
- Dependable and responsive when rostered.
Experience in healthcare staffing, home care, workforce scheduling, recruitment, account coordination or a fast-paced service environment will be highly regarded. However, we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate initiative, persistence, commercial awareness and a track record of getting results.
PRN Hours & Availability
This is a PRN employee position, with hours scheduled according to operational requirements. We anticipate approximately 20-30 hours per week initially, although hours may increase or decrease according to business and service demand. As the role supports Australian operations, applicants must be comfortable working scheduled hours that provide appropriate overlap with Australian service-delivery requirements.
Compensation
US$25-$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance incentives linked to service delivery, customer outcomes and business growth.
