Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of distributed software applications.
• Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Build applications/platforms with cloud native/Microservices architecture, including experience with IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
• Use modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Implement testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, including knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
• Work in an Agile and TDD environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS, or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or Responsive web design.
• Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing and knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
• Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment.

Skills and Attributes

• Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preferred understanding of DevOps and its supporting services and tools.
• Proven agile methodology in delivering engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing.
• Demonstrated hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages.
• Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
• Understand current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $55,400 to $113,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $66,600 to $128,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
