About the role
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Service Coordinator/QIDP to oversee the delivery of active treatment services in ICF group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. This role leads the development, coordination, and monitoring of individualized program plans to ensure services promote independence, skill development, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor individualized program plans for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Ensure services promote independence, skill development, and quality of life.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed program recommendations.
- Support individuals with dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services-related fields such as psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, sociology, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities, including experience supporting or implementing individualized programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; experience using Therap is a plus.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Pay
Starting pay: $55,000 per year.
