Job Duties

  • Assesses clients to identify individual problem areas necessitating treatment and complete assessments.
  • Coordinates interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning efforts among the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Collaborates with the nursing staff to implement the overall treatment plan for the client, ensuring continuity of treatment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral sciences may be substituted for the two (2) years of full-time work experience or its part-time equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $25.75 USD - $25.75 USD, with final salary determined based on qualifications and program acuity.
