Job Description
This role is a hybrid model of remote and in-person work.

Full Time, 40 Hours Monday – Fridays, Days
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field required and two years of direct service experience in child and family services preferred.
- Computer literate in standard desktop applications such as Windows, Word, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Receive case assignments.
- Set up Family Team Meeting (FTM) as required by service type.
- Create service referrals.
- Assist with duty one-two days per week.
- Secure emergency placements when necessary.
- Communicate with Data Coordinator for changes in services via data form/email.
- Communicate ongoing cases with Providers and Social Workers and discussing role of service model-short term/least restrictive/ etc.
- Assist area staff with identifying community resources, brainstorming/problem solving supports for families.
- Attend meetings as needed.
Pay Range
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
