Responsibilities

  • Facilitating effective communication between staff, patients, and families to ensure timely relay of patient-related information.
  • Managing the paging system, phones, and IT help desk requests to maintain smooth unit operations.
  • Inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate medical records by entering data, preparing charts, and processing service orders.
  • Supporting quality improvement initiatives and promoting professional development through continuous learning and accountability.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Required: High School Diploma
    PREFERRED: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
  • Minimum Experience: Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
    PREFERRED: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience.
  • Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Pay

Compensation 15.45 - 19.68 Hourly
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
