Responsibilities
- Answer and schedule customer service appointment requests via email, phone, and text within 30 minutes during working hours.
- Correctly handle appointment and information requests according to available manufacturer reference material and dealer policies.
- Confirm first appointment is made with customers for every new and pre-owned vehicle sold by the sales department.
- Follow up via email, phone, and text according to CRM schedule to ensure customer satisfaction after visits and set next appointments if necessary.
- Actively seek, capture, and appropriately hand off extended warranty and sales-related leads to respective dealer personnel.
- Document and bring any customer service issues to the service managers' attention.
- Perform prospecting and customer lead follow-ups.
Requirements
- Must have general knowledge of telephone usage and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have basic keyboarding experience.
- Ability to memorize and use “scripts” to speak with customers and various dealership policies and processes.
Special Position Requirements
- No management responsibility or authority.

Schedule
Hours for this position are generally 40 hours per workweek, or less if the position is granted on a part-time basis.
