Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
