Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
