About the role
The Service Coordinator role is crucial for ensuring a high-quality customer shopping experience by managing and supporting front-end operations.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts
- Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present
- Cookinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility
- Proactively escalate concerns to leadership as they arise
- Champion participation in community programs. Lead by example with behaviors and team member resource group (TMRG) engagement
- Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their span of care
- Perform on-the-job/hands-on team member training and mentoring
- Serve as subject matter expert for market programs, company pilots, and development/training programs
- Assign tasks to team members within the department, in partnership with the team leader, and follow up to ensure task completion
Requirements
- Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team)
- Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment
- Good communication skills, friendly, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Pay
This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location. $16.00 - $18.28
