Service Coordinator

About the role

The Air Service Coordinator will be coordinating service technicians for break fixes and preventative maintenance. They will provide excellent customer service to all customers, participate in daily problem solving and continuous improvement activities, update the system with service call information, coordinate the service calendar to track calls/visits, track parts, quote, invoice when jobs are completed, and enter sales orders to have parts pulled for service calls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating service technicians for break fixes and preventative maintenance
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers
• Participating in daily problem solving and continuous improvement activities
• Updating the system with service call information
• Cooking the service calendar to track calls/visits
• Tracking parts
• Quoting, invoicing when jobs are completed
• Entering sales orders to have parts pulled for service calls

Requirements

• Great communication skills

• Able to effectively interact with customers and other employees
• Knowledge of and experience in general office and administrative procedures
• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior related experience preferred
