Service Consierge / Customer Service Rep

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in service customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Accurately document customer concerns and service needs
• Communicate service updates and timelines to customers
• Cash out completed service tickets and handle payments
• Answer incoming calls and assist with service-related questions
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Support the service team with day-to-day customer communication
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a team-first mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers at once
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
• Reliable and punctual
• Prioritization: Preferred (but not required)
• Previous customer service or cashier experience
• Powersports or automotive experience
