Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
- Schedule success: Coordinate and book service appointments efficiently to maximize shop flow.
- Keep customers informed: Provide proactive status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs.
- Build relationships: Use your professional "phone voice" to provide a welcoming and helpful experience every time.
