Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Schedule success: Coordinate and book service appointments efficiently to maximize shop flow.
  • Keep customers informed: Provide proactive status updates to customers regarding their vehicle repairs.
  • Build relationships: Use your professional "phone voice" to provide a welcoming and helpful experience every time.
