About The Role
As a ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges and align with organizational architecture. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and client leadership to shape platform strategy and ensure scalable, future-ready implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, including Service Bridge/Service Exchange and Foundation Data Sync (FDS) integrations
- Define platform architecture, module scope, and interaction design to ensure cohesive and scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, guiding development standards, integration design, and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts and process consultants to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Evaluate and recommend integration frameworks, tools, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Assess risks, dependencies, and value propositions for third-party integrations and platform enhancements
- Establish governance frameworks, platform management practices, and organizational change management strategies
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business and technology strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations (20+ projects preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and application development
- Strong experience with Service Bridge/Service Exchange and Foundation Data Sync (FDS) implementations
- Deep understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration design patterns
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA), and ITSM certification
- Additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITAM, ITBM, SPM)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as ITIL v4, IT4IT, or TOGAF
Qualifications
- Experience implementing Workforce Management (WFM) and Time Entry within the ITBM/SPM suite
- Strong knowledge of front-end and web technologies such as AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, SaSS, and Service Portal widgets
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement governance models and organizational change management strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
