Service BDC Representative | Hourly - Tucson Subaru

Job Responsibilities

• Answering and directing inbound calls
• Assisting customers with service, sales, or parts inquiries and providing updates
• Scheduling appointments and managing customer information
• Aiding with follow-ups, customer outreach, and database management
• Supporting other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous Reception or Call-Center experience preferred
• Previous Automotive experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
