Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Create a positive dealership experience for the customer

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strong Customer Service experience
• Previous Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
