Service Associate - Rhode Island/South Boston/Cape Cod - Sustainability Solutions

What You Will Do

• Collect single use devices at hospitals within your designated territory.
• Visit all areas of the hospital, including operating rooms, patient floors, and patient rooms, as well as Electrophysiology and Cath labs.
• Engage with hospital staff, OR personnel, Supply Chain, EVS, Sales Reps, O.R. Management, facility champions, Hospital Administration, and other Stryker employees, stakeholders, and partners to provide optimal customer service on training and education around Stryker Sustainability Solution’s bins and what devices can be collected.
• Partner with your supervisor and sales representatives in your assigned territory and focus on building relationships with the customers and increasing the collections of single use devices for our customers.
• Participate in weekly huddles, annual in-person team meetings, and administrative communication to build a positive culture and respect workplace.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures put forth in the sales code of conduct and Stryker Employee Handbook.
• Perform field-based responsibilities within hospitals, building relationships with customers and performing educational in-servicing, along with administrative expectations that require receipt growth reporting and collection tracking.

What You Need

• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance to travel by car as required.
• Highschool degree or GED.
• Use of your personal vehicle (drive 80-100 miles/day depending on territory).
• Able to obtain and maintain needed credentials at all hospitals within assigned territory.
• Able to effectively use computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI and Power Point).

Physical Requirements

• Middle work: Exerting up to 60 pounds of force daily, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
• Able to communicate effectively through presentation skills, email, and phone.
• Able to use common office equipment (e.g. PC, Microsoft office, smart phone, etc.).

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. $23.74 - $32.12 USD Hourly.
