About the role

The Service Assistant/Shuttle Driver position involves shuttling customers home and retrieving them after their vehicle service is completed. Responsibilities also include making follow-up phone calls to customers about services completed, informing customers when parts have arrived, scheduling appointments, scanning completed repair orders into the system, and assisting service advisors.
