Role Overview
As a Service Assembler I, you will assemble RF products by performing tasks such as soldering, wiring, and component installation following detailed instructions. You will conduct visual inspections to ensure quality, accurately document processes, and maintain tools and workstations for safety and organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly of RF products.
- Conduct quality assurance through visual inspections.
- Record assembly processes and issues.
- Maintain and clean tools and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols and work instructions.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0+ years of electronic assembly experience.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, assembly techniques, hand tools, and soldering equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with RF products or electronic assemblies.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work may involve physical demands typical of assembly roles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $14.72 - $24.53.
