Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly of RF products, including soldering, wiring, and component installation, following detailed work instructions and diagrams.
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled products to identify defects or issues, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately record assembly processes, and any issues encountered during repair.
- Maintain and clean assembly tools and workstations, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and address any assembly challenges.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0+ years of prior experience in electronic assembly.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and assembly techniques; proficiency in using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Attention to detail; ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with RF products or electronic assemblies (preferred).
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Range: $14.72 - 24.53 per hour.
- This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
- This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS.
