Service and Sales Technician - Route Driver

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Service & Sales Technician for our Foxborough location. We’ve built our reputation on reliable service and quality products over the past 80 years. This role is ideal for someone ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

Pay

$24–$25 per hour starting pay, with overtime opportunities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with on-call opportunities for emergency service needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial dishwashing machines
• Manage product delivery and inventory of cleaning chemicals for restaurant clients
• Handle invoicing, receive payments, and identify upselling opportunities
• Provide on-site training to customers
• Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and generate new sales opportunities
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with comfort using tools and performing basic repairs
• Growth and learning focus, with a willingness to apply training while working independently
• Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean record (minimum 3 years)
• Customer service and sales mindset, with the ability to build relationships and recommend products
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screen
