About the role
This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. In this role you will learn:
- Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines.
- Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants.
- Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training.
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
- Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
- High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
- Valid driver’s license for at least three years.
