Service and Sales Technician - Route Driver

About the role

This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines.
  • Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants.
  • Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training.
  • Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
  • Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
  • High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least three years.
  • Able to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Pay

Pay: $22-$24/hr and opportunities for commission.

Schedule

Consistent schedule of Monday- Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with occasional overtime.
