About the role
This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
- Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
- Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training
- Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems
- Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust
- High accountability, reliability, and pride in work
- Valid driver’s license for at least three years
- Able to complete a background check, MVR, and drug screen
