Service and Installation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform expert installation of whole-house water filtration systems for both residential and commercial properties
• Handle galvanized, copper, PVC, and CPVC piping using precise measurements and advanced power tools
• Cut, solder, and connect copper pipes with precision and efficiency
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while adhering to company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer needs, including warranty repairs and urgent service calls
• Use a company vehicle to travel to customer appointments and ensure timely, professional service
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance on tools and installation equipment
• Perform final inspections to guarantee systems are fully operational before leaving each job site
• Keep track of materials and ensure the right parts are on hand for every job

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing or water filtration installation experience preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk, stand, and lift up to 100 lbs
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service
• Open to training and mastering our advanced water treatment systems

Pay & Schedule

Starting hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience. Shift available Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday. Non-exempt hourly position.
