We provide exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults in a welcoming atmosphere with supportive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and supervisors.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community, keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors, only performing tasks in which training has been provided.
• Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
• Pass newspapers, answer call lights, deliver meal trays to residents, and perform additional duties outlined in the full job description.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Certified Nursing Aide Program that starts within the month of hire date, with training provided by us.
• Excellent communications and human relation skills.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members, and personal representatives.
• Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers.

Pay

Starting at $16.50/hour.

Schedule

PM Shift, 2pm-10pm, available for Part Time or Full Time positions.
