Located at 846 Fulton St E, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, USA, this onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled technicians and master technicians. As a Service Advisor, you will engage directly with customers, ensuring that our expert mechanics provide top-notch service for their automotive needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive needs
• Work closely with skilled mechanics and technicians
• Gather information to diagnose issues and prepare service recommendations
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
• Explain necessary repairs or maintenance in layman's terms
• Manage a schedule from Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5:30 PM

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Adequate automotive service advising and Repair Order creation and management
• Familiarity with parts tracking, invoice, and documentation management
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Complaint resolution
• Scheduling software proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
