Service Advisor-Internal

Key Objectives

Responsibilities

• Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Cook workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
• Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
• Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
• Aid with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process
• Support Inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
• Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with work schedules: including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Problem-solver who takes initiative
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Pass a background and drug test

Pay

Pay target: $40,000 + performance bonus!

Schedule

Flexible schedule including Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
