Cornhusker International Trucks, Inc. is seeking a driven Service Advisor to join our team in a growth-oriented, full-time role.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to vehicle performance concerns, recommend appropriate repair solutions, and build accurate cost/time estimates.
- Create and assign Repair Orders (ROs) to qualified technicians to ensure maximum shop efficiency and timely turnaround.
- Act as a central communication link between customers, service managers, and technicians.
- Inspect completed work prior to vehicle delivery, enforce shop safety standards, and ensure proper warranty documentation.
- Keep customers routinely updated on repair status and maintain an organized, clean service department.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of medium and heavy-duty truck diagnostics and systems (Diesel Engines, Brakes, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Steering/Suspension, Exhaust/Differential).
- Background as a Diesel Technician, Automotive Tech, or Heavy Duty/Ag Shop Foreman is preferred but not required.
- Experience with CDK software, International, Cummins, or Allison systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, effective time management, and a high commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to complete required training programs and stay up-to-date on modern vehicle technologies.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.

Pay
$50,000 - $75,000+ per year (Base + Annual Bonus + Hiring Bonus).
Schedule
Day Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (3 days off every week).
