Service Advisor - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle and customer information.
• Clearly report vehicle symptoms and recommend necessary maintenance based on mileage and history.
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts, and establish follow-up times.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress, providing regular updates to customers.
• Verify final invoices align with work performed and explain charges and completed work to customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of automobiles, excellent time management, and a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and professionally groomed.
• Customer satisfaction and quality focus, with accreditation in service advisor skills a plus.
• Clean driving record, valid license, and experience with dealership management systems like Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.
