About the Role

Friendship Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team at Friendship Volvo of Bristol. This role involves greeting customers, documenting vehicle issues, recommending maintenance, preparing estimates, monitoring service processes, and assisting the Service Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
• Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
• Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
• Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
• Communicate completed services and charges to customers
• Verify invoices and repair orders
• Assist Service Manager as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience with verifiable success in a Service Advisor role preferred
• A strong focus on providing the best customer service around
• Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
• The ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• The desire to work in a fast paced position
• A focus on detail and organization
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Compensation and Benefits
