Service Advisor for Brand-New Mazda location Great Pay and Benefits

At Goodwin's Motor Group, we've proudly served Maine drivers for over 90 years, building a reputation for exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at our brand-new Mazda facility in Brunswick, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly
• OBTAINS customer and vehicle information
• CLEARLY reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determines and RECOMMENDS needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• PREPARES complete and ACCURATE estimate of cost for labor and parts
• ESTABLISHES follow-up time
• MONITORS the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, UPDATING customers frequently
• VERIFIES that FINAL invoice RECONCILES with work performed on the repair order
• EXPLAINS all COMPLETED work and charges to customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role is a plus but we will TRAIN the right person
• KNOWLEDGE of automobiles
• EXCELLENT time management skills
• POSITIVE attitude
• TREEEETED as a TEAM member
• Self-motivated
• PROFESSIONAL, well-groomed personal appearance
• HIGH volume mentality
• CSI focused
• ACCRUEDTED training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control is a plus
• CLEAN driving record and valid driver's license
• xTIME and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
