About the role
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the Bay Ridge Mazda service team in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming first impression.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Write repair orders, provide service estimates, and present recommended maintenance.
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following Mazda service processes.
- Help the service team achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred.
- Mazda or other OEM dealership experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using dealership DMS and scheduling systems (Reynolds experience is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to work full-time, including Saturdays.
